Terms and Conditions
  1. This promotion applies only to dealers with resale certificate, not end users.  
  2. This promotion applies only to JVC D-ILA Front Projection models  DLA-HD10K-DVO, DLA-HD10KS-DVO, DLA-HD10K-SYS, DLA-HD10KS-SYS, DLA-HD10K-S0, DLA-HD10KS-SO purchased new from either JVC or and authorized JVC distributor in the United States between December 1, 2006 – March 28, 2007 or while supplies last.
  3. Models purchased must be new, not refurbished or demonstration models.
  4. Offer valid in the United States and Puerto Rico only.
  5. Claim forms can be downloaded from JVC website. Claim must be filled out completely, and submitted to JVC prior to April 30, 2007.  
  6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
