4K represents an exciting new direction in video and digital
cinematography. With 4 times the resolution of full HD,
shooting and editing in 4K delivers breathtaking images suitable for
the largest cinema screens and opens up many new creative
possibilities--even when the final output is ordinary HD.
JVC is developing camcorders that capture and record a full 3840 x 2160
video at up to 60 frames per second, and will preview the technology in
select cities in North America this June.
