San Diego, CA (September 25, 2006)—JVC Professional Products Company today announced two new additions to its fixed dome camera lineup, the TK-C215V12U and TK-C215V4U. The TK-C215 camera series feature 540 TV lines of horizontal resolution and ¼-inch interline CCD with 380,000 effective pixels providing high picture quality.

The TK-C215V12U and TK-C215V4U are outdoor-ready cameras that feature a vandal resistant aluminum casing and a triple axis rotation system for wide lens adjustment to accommodate various installation environments. These cameras are inconspicuous, making them ideal for entrances and exits of airports, corporate buildings, schools, warehouses and parking lots.

The TK-C215V12U has a built-in 3.8 mm to 45.6 mm Vari-focal lens with auto iris and an Alarm Zoom function, which engages the camera to automatically zoom into the center of the triggered image. TK-C215V4U has a built-in 2.8 mm to 10.0 mm Vari-focal lens, also equipped with auto iris.

These cameras also feature Super LoLux™ sensitivity, Easy Day/Night Function to assure 24/7 optimum imaging performance, Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and Backlight Compensation (BLC).
