JVC EXTENDS IP CAMERA LINE WITH DUAL STREAM
MPEG/JPEG FIXED CAMERA

LAS VEGAS, NV (September 24, 2007) – JVC Professional Products Company extends IP camera line with the introduction of its fixed high-resolution IP network camera featuring enhanced electronics in a smaller package. The VN-V25U will be demonstrated at JVC booth #1854 during ASIS at the Las Vegas Convention Center, September 24-27.

At the core of JVC’s extended IP camera line is the ¼-inch progressive scan CCD imager, JPEG and MPEG4 VGA full motion dual stream, which delivers high quality images at a full frame rate. The VN-C25U also comes in a 23% smaller enclosure than its predecessor, the VN-C20U.

Additional features include dual API support for JVC protocol and Verint VSIP, AC24V power, standard 10/100BaseT interface for connection to a LAN, WAN or to the Internet. The VN-V25U may be combined with JVC's VR-N900U or VR-N1600U network video recorders to provide an all-JVC digital IP security solution for small to enterprise level security systems.
