GROWTH AND COMPANY EXPANSION

Wayne, NJ (June 19, 2007) — JVC Professional Products Company today announced the expansion of its senior management team and the restructuring of its organization to address the demands of the quickly growing HD marketplace. Under this expansion, JVC will continue to pioneer new and innovative technologies and products enabling the company to enter into new market segments.

The rapid adoption of HDTV and the increase in the IP security market has led us to restructure and expand our management staff to continue our efforts to provide advanced technology and the delivery of products that accommodate the growing industry,” said Kirk Hirota, Chief Executive Officer and President, JVC Professional Products Company. “The addition of industry-veteran executives will provide us with extensive experience and knowledge to bolster product technology and marketing support enabling us to capitalize on current and new markets. This is truly a momentous time in JVC’s history.”

The establishment of this talented and creative team of executives was formulated to better address specific market needs and branch into new markets. Aligning JVC’s unique technologies with talented executives allows JVC to continue to focus on the company’s core competencies and deliver to customers the most innovative and cost-effective products available.

JVC has broadened its sales and marketing force with the newly created position of Vice President, Marketing. Formerly Division Manager for the Display Systems Division, Lon Mass has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing. JVC has expanded its Digital Video Division with the promotion of Larry Librach to Vice President, Digital Video Division. In his new position, Librach is responsible for expanding and strengthening JVC’s sales and distribution channels, which sell professional high definition products into the broadcast & cable, production, education, government, and institutional markets.

JVC’s Display Division, well known for its proprietary LCOS projection technology, D-ILA®, is being led by Jack Faiman, Vice President, Display Division. Under Faiman’s guidance the division is responsible for expanding the penetration of D-ILA projection technology to all facets of home theater, scientific, medical, training and simulation systems industries.

Additionally, JVC has tapped the experience of two key sales executives to expand its growing client base. Chris Dalaly has been promoted to fill the newly created position of National Sales Manager, Digital Video Division and Carl Hicks has been named Midwest Branch Manager.

After their introduction at NAB 2005, JVC’s cutting-edge ProHD became widely used among the filmmaking industry and have been used to produce numerous major cinematography projects including the Academy Award Winning documentary, An Inconvenient Truth. Subsequently, JVC has had tremendous success with the widespread adoption of ProHD in the broadcast industry. First adopted by major networks for special projects, JVC cameras are now used to produce programming of all kinds for television and cable networks. As the transition of local television HD programming has grown to a feverish pace, TV stations nationwide are now adopting JVC's ProHD for news and sports.

JVC recently expanded its D-ILA home theater projector line-up with the introduction of the high definition DLA-RS1 projector, featuring its newly developed 0.7-inch full HD D-ILA device that achieves a previously unattainable native 15,000:1 contrast ratio without the need for dynamic iris or other artificial means of contrast enhancement. After winning numerous accolades from critical industry press, the DLA-RS1 is now the industry leader in the high performance home theater category.
