To qualify for the $750 end-user rebate on the purchase of a GY-HM750 ProHD Professional Camcorder, purchaser must reside in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, and purchase a GY-HM750U, new, from an authorized JVC Professional Video Products dealer between December 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015. To qualify for the 5-year promotional extended warranty ($750 value), the GY-HM750U must be purchased new, between 12/1/2014 and 3/31/2015 and the customer must register the purchase online within 30 days of purchase date and save a copy of the confirmation screen as proof or registration. Proof of purchase (receipt or dealer invoice) will also be required for warranty service. All other terms and conditions of the original factory warranty apply.   JVC reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time.
