           JVC's NEW TRIAX CONTROL SYSTEM EXTENDS
                       CAMERA MOBILITY

LAS VEGAS (NAB, March 21-24, 1994) -- JVC PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS 
COMPANY announces the availability of the economical RM-P270U 
Triaxial control system for JVC's popular KY-27B and KY-19 color 
cameras. 
     The RM-P270U provides most of the functions of a multicore CCU, 
and can extend ENG and EFP applications for the cameras up to 5,000 
feet (1,500m) away from their base stations, using readily available 
standard triax cable.  It is ideal for productions where quick set-
ups and long distances are required. 
       When combined with JVC's optional RM-LP35U Joystick Control 
Panel or the simple RM-LP80U remote control unit, the RM-P270U 
provides everything needed for field production camera set-up and 
remote control operation at your fingertips. Because the RM-P270U 
Triaxial control system consists of a base station and camera 
adaptor, there is no need for an additional camera adaptor (KA-27U). 
     The RM-P270U Triaxial control system offers composite and Y/C 
outputs simultaneously, along with the full range of camera remote 
control functions.  Intercom capability includes RTS and 4-wire 
interface. 
     "In addition to extending mobility with lightweight cable while 
maintaining a solid picture quality, the RM-P270U solves many of the 
logistical problems that arise during EFP, sporting and concert
