The AV-P950U is an XGA presenter that joins the S-XGA AV-P1000U in the digital presenter category. Digital presenters transcend the video-camera-on-a-copy-stand paradigm offering esoteric features such as digital preview and image capture.

Up to three XGA-quality high-resolution images (1,024 x 768 pixels) can be stored in memory and displayed on high-resolution XGA projectors or monitors. Memory pictures may be displayed or transferred via USB to a PC for processing. During a presentation, it is possible to easily switch between camera picture and any memory picture. It is also possible to control the AV-P950U from a PC via the USB or RS-232C interface.
