2009 NAB Show Report
JVC's 3D Technologies Receive High Marks from Customers

2009 NAB Show Report

The NAB Show is a major industry event produced annually by the National Association of Broadcasters and featuring the latest professional equipment. At the 2009 NAB Show, held in Las Vegas April 18~23, alongside the high-profile GY-HM100 and GY-HM700 camcorders, JVC exhibited the new GD-463D10 3D LCD monitor. Also on display as reference exhibits designed to introduce JVC's 3D technologies were a 32-inch full HD 3D LCD monitor, a 4k2k 3D monitor, and a real-time 2D/3D converter. Visitors not only demonstrated strong interest but also voiced high praise. Meanwhile in Japan, a real-time 2D/3D conversion system was shown at CEATEC 2008, where, as at the NAB Show, it caused quite a stir.
