Beginning now, JVC is shipping the latest revision of the GY-HD100U, designated with an "A" on the camera's nameplate. This new version offers enhanced performance with non-linear editing systems, as well as serial communications with Anton Bauer battery systems giving you valuable battery information in the viewfinder. And, it's ready for the DR-HD100U hard drive recording system that begins shipping this month.

We think that every GY-HD100U owner will want this upgrade, so for a limited time, JVC will upgrade your camera at no cost to you.

UPGRADE PROCEDURE

Beginning March 20, 2006, JVC will upgrade current model GY-HD100U camcorders sold in the United States by authorized dealers to the latest version (A) at no cost to the customer, except for shipping to JVC.

To upgrade your camera, please download and print the shipping form. Carefully follow the instructions on the form - particularly regarding packing the camera - and send the camera to our Cypress, California upgrade center. Upon receipt of the camera, the center will perform the upgrade within 3 business days and return the camera to you via expedited shipping.
