The powerful digital signal processing (DSP) color CCD cameras shall be a JVC TK-C1380U or equivalent. The TK-C1380U camera shall incorporate a 1/2" CCD interline-transfer pickup device for reducing smear, 380,000 (768 (H) x 494 (V)) effective pixels with built-in complementary color filter (Ye-Cy-Mg-Gr) and infrared cut filter for accurate color with no image lag or distortions. The scanning system shall be 2:1 interlaced. The camera shall produce a horizontal resolution of 470 TV lines and a signal to noise ratio of 48dB with 2H-detail correction for sharp picture. The camera shall feature an Automatic Gain Control (AGC) circuit or selectable gain levels to provide clear images in low light conditions. The camera shall deliver a usable color picture at a scene illumination of 0.95Lux at F1.2 with 25% of video level. The camera shall feature 3 dimension detect Automatic Tracking White balance for accurate color reproduction between 2,900 to 8,000¡K of color temperature or Manual adjustment for flexible operation in a wide range of environments. The camera shall have user-friendly on-screen set up and adjustment of camera ID, ESC, Chrominance level, Pedestal level and Phase. The camera shall have a Highlight Inverter function, which allows the camera to take a clear picture when part of the subject is under strong illumination such as shooting at vehicle license plates. The camera shall have programmable zoning area for backlight compensation and normal lighting modes. The camera synchronization shall be internal, external and line-lock with V-phase adjustment that provides roll-free pictures during systems operation switching. The camera lens mount configuration shall accept both C and CS mount lenses, as well as both DC and video control voltage for ALC servo lenses. The camera will feature Automatic Electronic Shutter (AES) which is equivalent to continuous variable shutter speed between 1/60 to 1/100.000 second and allows for the use of both fixed and manual iris lenses. Power source shall be AC 24V (50/60Hz)/DC 12V. The camera's dimensions shall not exceed 2-4/16 H (without base) x 2-13/16" W x 6-5/16" D. The unit shall be UL listed.
