HARDWARE Upgrades and Repairs
Due to the variety of of CD-R(W) systems offered by JVC Digital
Storage Systems, it is impossible to list all of the upgrades
available. Upgrades are only available to exsisting JVC customers,
with JVC CD-R(W) systems. Below is a list of the most common upgrade
packages.
- 2x2x24 JVC Professional CD-RW Upgrade
- (JVC) 2x Record/2x Rewritable/24x Read CD-RW Drive (ATAPI).
- Adaptec Easy CD Creator Standard Edition Software (Windows
95/98 & NT 4.0 Support).
- Available as an "Internal" model only.
- 2x2x6 JVC Professional CD-RW Upgrade
- (JVC) 2x Record/2x Rewritable/6x Read CD-RW Drive (SCSI).
- Adaptec Easy CD Creator Standard Edition Software (Windows
95/98 & NT 4.0 Support).
- Adaptec Toast Software (Mac O/S 7.5+ Support).
- Available as "Internal" model or upgrade your
existing JVC "External" system.
- 4x12 JVC Professional CD-R Upgrade
- (Teac) 4x Record/12x Read CD-R Drive (SCSI).
- Adaptec Easy CD Creator Standard Edition Software (Windows
95/98 & NT 4.0 Support).
- Adaptec Toast Software (Mac O/S 7.5+ Support).
- Available as "Internal" model or upgrade your
existing JVC "External" system.

OEM CD-R(W) Repairs
JVC Digital Storage Systems (JPCP) does not offer WARRANTY repair on
OEM packaged systems (i.e., Hi-Val, QPS, Harmony, Pacific Digital,
etc..) For WARRANTY service on these packages, please contact the
appropriate OEM distributor. JPCP only services CD-R(W) systems sold
through JPCP Authorized resellers.
